A healthy diet is going to provide kids in sports with all the kids vitamins and minerals he or she require.
Marketing by multi national companies will try and state otherwise, but trust me you don’t need them.
The body only absorbs what vitamins and minerals it needs. The rest get excreted out of the body. In other words your money goes down the toilet!
Bottom line again; healthy diet, lots of hydration, coupled with 10 hours of sleep per night and the kids will be in great shape.
